DELIVERY TO MATER HOSPITAL, SOUTH BRISBANE IS FREE OF CHARGE

Same day delivery to Mater hospitals in South Brisbane is available, if the order is received by 2 pm (EST) between Monday and Friday, and by 12 noon on Saturdays.
Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays.

DELIVERY TO BRISBANE CITY AND SUBURBS

Standard delivery charge to Brisbane suburbs is $15. This flat rate delivery offer relates strictly to Internet orders only.
Same day delivery is available (Monday to Friday) if orders are received before 12 noon (EST), excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 12 noon (EST) should be delivered the following day.
Saturday delivery is available on all orders received before 6 pm (EST) on Friday, excluding peak floral periods.
Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
Requests for specific delivery times will be taken, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
During peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, all orders should be placed at least three days in advance to ensure timely delivery. If orders are not placed three days in advanced, delivery on the required day can not be guaranteed.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA (OUTSIDE BRISBANE)

A standard delivery charge of $17 will apply to all orders for delivery within Australia; this charge will be added to your purchase automatically as you complete the online order form.
All delivery outside Brisbane will be processed through Interflora. This means that we cannot guarantee that the packaging or design will be as per that displayed on the Mater Florist Internet site. However, the same degree of quality and value is expected.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

A standard delivery charge of $20 will apply to all orders for delivery overseas and will be added to your purchase automatically as you complete the online order form.
Due to the various time zones between Australia and other countries, same day delivery is not available.
For orders placed by 1pm (EST), allow one day for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Deliveries to remote countries and country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
Availability of individual flowers may vary according to season in the receiving country. If you have special requests for overseas orders or if you are not sure if we deliver to a certain country, please send us an email with your enquiries.
International orders can be placed online and delivered worldwide. These will be supplied by one of over 10,000 affiliated suppliers throughout the world. This means that we cannot guarantee that the packaging or design will be as per that displayed on the Mater Florist internet site. However, the same degree of quality and value is expected. Please contact us to discuss product selection for particular country.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES

If nobody is home when flowers are delivered, the flowers will be left in the most discreet position available as the delivery fee you pay is for a single, one-off delivery only.
If a second delivery attempt is necessary for reasons out of our control, you will be contacted to arrange payment of any additional delivery charges before we attempt to re-deliver or re-direct the flowers.
Should a second delivery attempt be required, due to some of the reasons below, the additional delivery cost will be charged to your card charged a second delivery fee.
Examples include: access issues at place of delivery, such as internal security preventing access; there is nowhere safe to leave flowers unattended; incorrect address provided; or dogs are present on premises preventing access.

SPECIFIC TIME GUARANTEES

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed to all areas. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require urgent or delivery within a specific time frame as these requests may incur additional delivery charges.
