Flowers in vases will last longer if water is changed at least every second day and placed back into a clean vase.
Flowers are best in pure fresh water in a vase washed out with bleach, avoid soap suds.- Arrangements require regular checking and topping up with water daily.
Flowers must be positioned in a cool place away from draughts.
Flowers must be kept away from heaters, televisions and microwaves.
Flowers must be kept away from fruit as it releases a gas called ethylene, which accelerates the ageing process of flowers.
Care instructions are included with every Mater Florist design. To increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers, these instructions must be followed.
Please Note-If per chance there is a problem with the quality of the flowers you receive.
The Mater Florist must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to assess the situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange to resend fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem and return them to our growers or suppliers if necessary.

2. Prices include all local taxes where applicable.
3. There may be instances where flower substitutions may be necessary. Customers can be assured that in these instances the arrangement delivered will closely resemble the one featured.
4. All Mater Florist designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according stock and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
5. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.
6. Delivery details must be accurate; any changes may incur additional fees. All additional fees will be notified to the customer prior to delivery where possible. If inaccurate address is given and courier delivers unsuccessfully and extra charge will be applied at the courier’s discretion.
7. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
8. For products with Alcohol.Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
9. For all interflora orders please refer to their Terms and Conditions in regards to your order.
10. Customers will be charged extra for delivery if address details are incorrect or any other instance where flowers have to be redelivered to no fault of our own.You will be notified if this act was to apply.
