Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices are shown in Australian dollars ($).
  2. Prices include local taxes, where applicable.
  3. In some cases, flower substitutions may be necessary. Clients can be assured that in these instances the final arrangement will very closely resemble the one ordered.
  4. All Mater Florist designs act as a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to stock, seasonal availability, or if stock does not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be used to complete your order.
  5. If you are not satisfied with your product, please retain the original order so that our florists may assess the cause of the problem. Regretfully, we cannot resend fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of.
  6. Delivery details must be accurate. Any changes after ordering may incur additional fees. All additional fees will be notified to the client prior to delivery, where possible. If an inaccurate address is supplied and the courier is unable to deliver to the correct address, additional charges will be applied at the courier’s discretion. For more details in regards the Unsuccessful deliveries, please read Delivery information.
  7. Delivery will be made on the date requested and whilst every effort is made to meet clients preferred delivery time/s, only funerals can confirm exactly when delivery will occur.
  8. Alcohol products are subject to state liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some states.
  9. Please note that clients will face additional charges for delivery if the address details are incorrect or in any other instance where flowers have to be redelivered. Clients will be notified when this condition is applied.
